Sino-Arab Chemical Fertilizers Company Limited (SACF), established in 1985, is a large-scale N.P.K compound fertilizer production enterprise, jointly invested by China, Tunisia and Kuwait, totally invested 58,000,000 US dollars, also it is the largest economical cooperative item between our country and the developing countries of the third world , praised " South-South cooperation model " by DengXiaoPing.Its production line was put into production in January.1991.The present production capacity of SACF is 1.2 million metric tons per year. SACF has been ranked as one of the biggest 500 foreign invested companies in China and one of the biggest compound fertilizers production bases in Asia.

SACF is people-oriented and conducts dynamic human resources management and performance evaluation system. It offers a range of professional and career development programs for staff. By the end of 2004, it has 520 employees, three of them are experts entitled state council special allowance, 5 are senior engineers, 4 are returnees from overseas, 2 are Doctor or Post-doctor, 20 have master's degree.

More than one-third of the staff holds bachelor's degree. SACF adopts AZF process. Most of the production facilities were imported from Europe. It sources raw materials of superior quality globally. The high analysis compound fertilizers marketed under "SACF" brand have been sold all over the country including Taiwan, and exported to Thailand, Korea, D.P.R.K. Japan, Pakistan, Indonesia and Sri Lanka. SACF implements ISO 9002 quality management system and adopts dynamic human resource management system. The company follows "small team, high-efficiency and low cost" operation philosophy. It concentrates on technology innovation and management innovation. SACF has been making great efforts to develop international cooperation and is a member of International Fertilizer Industry (IFA). Mr. Wu Sihai, the president of SACF, is the president of IFA.
