Sino-Arab Chemical Fertilizers Company Limited (SACF), established in 1985, is a large-scale N.P.K compound fertilizer production enterprise, jointly invested by China, Tunisia and Kuwait, totally invested 58,000,000 US dollars, also it is the largest economical cooperative item between our country and the developing countries of the Third World, praised " South-South cooperation model " by DengXiaoPing.Its production line was put into production in January.1991.The present production capacity of SACF is 1.2 million metric tons per year. SACF has been ranked as one of the biggest 500 foreign invested companies in China and one of the biggest compound fertilizers production bases in Asia.
SACF is people-oriented and conducts dynamic human resources management and performance evaluation system. It offers a range of professional and career development programs for staff. By the end of 2004, it has 520 employees, three of them are experts entitled state council special allowance, 5 are senior engineers, 4 are returnees from overseas, 2 are Doctor or Post-doctor, 20 have master's degrees.
